Web-Call-Back allows call-back from your website in combination with a VoIP-PBX system. This Commercial Unlimited License supports the Asterisk PBX and SIP compliant Servers or Proxies. Web-Call-Back comprises a module for Joomla! that allows to perform a call back to a visitors provided phone number directly from your website. Bringing you and your visitors together is now made easier with Web-Call-Back.

This License complements the Module with the Web-Call-Back Plugin which creates clickable Call-Back links in your content by using Joomla! Content Tags. Through this any content item may represent a Call-Back to the Extension defined in that link.

As overview Web-Call-Back allows to enter any international phone number and name of the person to call on the frontend. All messages for the Call-Back form and the status messages of the module are customizeable and multilingual. Date & Time rules allow to be defined to show the module only during office hours or any specified period of times. Show messages or hide the module when the internal extension or the VoIP system is offline and the call back is unable to get performed.

Additionally Web-Call-Back for Joomla! in the Commercial Unlimited License is able to send Email notifications on failed call requests or on all call requests for your records. This feature allows call tracking and to call back persons even when their initial call back request has been missed.

Here again a short overview on the features:

* Module allowing entry of Phone Number and optional Name for initiating a Call Back from the Joomla! Frontpage
* Plug-In allowing definition of Click to Call-Back link. Phone Number and optional Name entry will then be in a window and its content is styleable via template. Several effects for this window are available.
* With a Asterisk PBX the call initiation is either internal first or external first
* SIP compliant Servers and Proxies are supported for call invitation
* Display of Messages on call progress and availability, the module may also get hidden if the VoIP system is unavailable
* All Messages are multi-lingual when used in combination with JoomFish!
* Send Email notifications on all calls or on missed calls to defineable Email Address
