With Header-Footer any Content Item may get defined to be a heading or footing content for any of the other Content Items. The plugin will determine the current view context and then insert any Header or Footer content automatically. This for example allows to automatically add a description of the articles author, any additional information to all contents of a specific section or category, or whatever may come into your mind.
Header-Footer also allows to add heading or trailing content to specifics views of a article, for example when being viewed as Print Page or PDF Page. With that you may make your print or PDF outputs of your content look even more professional than the default Joomla! look of these views allows to.
In addition Header-Footer is supporting language related rules, so to show Headers and Footers for defined languages. Or if content is unavailable in the current shown language, to include a note about the contents current language.
